Welcome to Lockett Entertainment LLC (“Lockett Entertainment,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, Member Areas, purchases, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or make purchases.

  • Users under 18 may only use the Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Accounts & Member Areas

  • To access Member Areas or make purchases, you must create an account through our Squarespace platform.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Purchases, Payments & Subscriptions

  • Purchases are processed securely through Squarespace and its integrated providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment details.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated; taxes may apply.

  • Unless otherwise specified, all products are digital-only and delivered via our Member Areas. Products may include but are not limited to TTRPG content, books, written materials, or other creative works.

  • All sales are final. Digital products, subscriptions, and access passes are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise in writing.

  • Subscriptions: By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing until canceled under our site instructions.

  • You are responsible for any third-party fees, including but not limited to Squarespace transaction fees, payment processor fees (Stripe/PayPal), bank charges, currency conversion fees, and taxes. We do not control and are not liable for such fees. Refunds, if applicable, will not include these charges.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided through our Services—including but not limited to TTRPG content, worldbuilding materials, books, stories, maps, digital files, characters, logos, and other creative works—is owned by Lockett Entertainment LLC or its licensors.

  • When you purchase content, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

5. User Content & Conduct

  • If you post, upload, or submit any content through our Services (such as comments, reviews, testimonials, or forum posts), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, modify, distribute, and create derivative works from that content in connection with our Services and marketing activities. This includes, for example, publishing comments or testimonials on our website, social media, or promotional materials.

  • You remain responsible for your own content. We are not liable for user-generated content posted by third parties.

  • You agree not to:

    • Use the Services for unlawful purposes;

    • Interfere with or disrupt site functionality;

    • Copy, scrape, or reverse engineer our Services;

    • Infringe on our intellectual property rights.

6. Squarespace & Third-Party Services

  • Our website, Member Areas, and checkout process are powered by Squarespace.

  • Your use of our Services may also be subject to Squarespace’s Terms of Service.

  • Squarespace may collect and process information such as IP address, cookies, and payment data under its own Privacy Policy.

  • We are not responsible for Squarespace’s actions, services, or policies.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Lockett Entertainment LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or subscription giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept them.
