FAQ

  • We create immersive, original stories and roleplaying content designed to inspire meaningful play and spark lasting worlds. Our products are organized into categories (TTRPG content, books, etc.).

  • Currently, yes. All purchases are digital-only and accessed through our Member Area. Physical products may will introduced in the future.

  • Refunds are handled on a per-category basis. Please see the FAQ section for the specific product type (TTRPG, Books, or etc.).

  • No worries — here’s how to resolve it (based on Squarespace’s standard process):

    1. Go to the login page and click “Can’t log in?” / “Forgot Password?”

    2. Enter the email address you used for your account. Squarespace will send you a password reset link.

    3. Click the link in the email, then set a new password.

    4. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam/junk folder, or contact us and we’ll help you out.

    If all else fails, we can assist via support (you may be asked to confirm account details). For your security, we will only ever send recovery information to the email address registered to the account — never to a different address.

  • Payments are processed securely through Squarespace Payments. This means your card details are handled by their trusted system, not stored directly by us. Supported options include standard credit/debit cards (and, depending on your region, digital wallets like Apple Pay or Klarna).

  • Yes! You’re welcome to stream or record actual play sessions featuring our material. We only ask that you credit Lockett Entertainment as the source.

    This permission applies to non-commercial use (e.g., streaming, podcasts, or actual play videos) and is valid under our current policy as of 2025. Future updates may add licensing requirements for commercial use, but anything published under this version remains authorized.

  • Occasionally, we run launch or seasonal promotions. If a discount is available, it will be clearly applied at checkout.

  • No. Access is for individual use only. Please encourage friends or players to create their own accounts.

  • Taxes are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your billing location and applicable tax laws. This ensures fairness and accuracy, with no hidden charges added later.

  • Yes. Policies may be updated as our products and services grow. We’ll always post a date stamp to show when a change takes effect. We recommend reviewing policies occasionally so you’re aware of the latest version.

  • No. For both security and fairness, each account is intended for individual use only. Sharing login details compromises your account and may result in suspension. Please encourage other GMs or players to attain their own access.


  • Each package includes carefully structured digital content organized in a clickable Member Area for easy GM reference.

    • GM Packages: World lore, interactive maps, NPCs, class-based factions, religions, city info, town info, and divine beings.

    • Other Packages: May focus on specific adventures, story arcs, NPC expansions, villains, or item collections.

    Package contents always depend on the specific product description at checkout.

  • No. Our content works without a VTT. Everything is accessed digitally in your Member Area, and you can use it directly on-screen during your sessions.

    Since we don’t provide downloads, printouts, or handouts, there is no need for physical copies. For online play, you can simply screen share your Member Area or reference material as needed.

  • No. Our content is system-agnostic. While it is written to be easily compatible with 5E, it can be adapted to virtually any tabletop RPG system.

    Some systems may require more conversion work than others, but the core material — lore, maps, NPCs, factions, and story structure — is designed to be flexible and usable across different rulesets.

  • Currently, only the purchaser has login access. Players do not need direct logins unless they’ve purchased a character add-on or other player-facing content.

    If in the future we add player-specific features, we’ll design them to be secure and convenient without disrupting existing GM access.

  • Absolutely! Our material is meant to be a toolbox. You are free (and encouraged!) to retool, homebrew, reskin, or expand it for your own table.

    For security and consistency, the Member Area itself cannot be edited or altered directly, but you can adapt what you see for use in your sessions however you wish.

TTRPG Products

  • No. Content is view-only inside the Member Area. This ensures it’s secure, always available, and consistently formatted.

  • No. Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, we cannot offer refunds. This protects the integrity of our work and ensures fairness for all customers. We recommend carefully reviewing package descriptions before purchase.

  • Products are sold as-is. Some may later receive expansions or revisions, but these are not guaranteed.

    • One-time purchase: Gives permanent access to the specific package you bought (e.g., the Altha – GM Package). If you want another package (e.g., a Story Arc Package), you would purchase that separately.

    • Subscription: Grants broader access to multiple packages while your subscription is active (for example, the Altha – GM Package, plus selected story arcs, expansions, or other digital products bundled into the plan).

  • We’re not planning expansions to current GM Packages. Instead, future content will come in new packages (story arcs, adventures, thematic add-ons) that can be purchased separately or included under subscriptions.
